About this Up Close with Nick
The seminar is a chance to learn business building ideas and creative cutting techniques from Nick Arrojo and Gordon Nelson.
On the first day, Nick and Gordon present advanced scissor and razor cutting demos featuring techniques they have invented, practiced, and mastered. Then you apply these skills in live model workshops, supervised by twin pillars of the craft.
Day one ends with a gratis team dinner, also with Nick and Gordon. The idea is to spend time together away from the chair so you can review day one, share thoughts and ideas on the direction of the industry, have fun and relax, and prepare for day two.
On day two, Nick and Gordon switch gears to talk about how they galvanize growth in their businesses, and the things they do to ensure continued success.
Nick unearths the secrets that helped him build ARROJO, a multifaceted, multi-award-winning hairdressing brand dedicated to education, excellence and integrity.
Gordon shares insights from 35 years at Regis, where he went from an Artistic Director to Executive Vice President, and drove the Regis brand into the hearts and minds of hairdressers and consumers.
