In theater, a backstory is the background information that promotes a fuller understanding of the present. In same fashion, this Backstory looks at iconic and timeless cuts from the past, and then highlights a modern approach to making them wearable and cool today.

Watch, practice, master mixing classic technique with advanced razor-cutting. Curved sectioning, triangular paneling, extreme channeling -- in short, the most progressive, forward-thinking skills in contemporary cutting -- are covered as you discover a dynamic approach to creating modern classic styles in ways that works in the salon, and can be easily adapted to an editorial concept.

Expo Day One is all about inspiration: In a series of chic runway shows, ARROJO master stylists and global guest artists feature the latest trend forecasts, pioneering techniques, and newest innovations in modern scissor and razor cutting, creative and fashion-forward color. This is a lofty and rarefied close-up of the way world-class stylists create tomorrow's most desirable looks.

As part of day one, there will be a post show get together with party entry, food and drink included in the ticket price. This is opportunity to meet new people, make connections, have fun, and celebrate Expo with one big jamboree.

Expo Day Two is all about hands-on education: There are lots of different workshops, each covering a different aspect of a hairdressers work. As a ticket-holder, you can choose which workshop you want to attend.
