About American Wave
The American Wave System in a new, innovative, and exclusive professional wave and texture enhancing service stylists use to create everything from cascading beach waves to volume and fullness to expanded curls patterns.
American Wave is Thio and Ammonia free. It is positively charged (so it attracts to the hair shaft, rather than repel it), and uses modern ionic technology. It means the product gently seeps into the hair shaft without causing dryness, damage or unpleasant odors while creating a mélange of textures. The system uses 'soft tools' to reduce the stress on the hair, as well as a specialized lotion that reconditions the hair for a smoother cuticle and natural wave movement. Additionally, instead of chemical compounds, American Wave smells like eucalyptus.
The formula lasts up to six months and works with many permanent and demi-permanent colors, however, American Wave is not suitable for hair that has been highlighted beyond 25%.
American Wave requires certification, in order to purchase the product from ARROJO.
Certification is required as it is a combination of new technology and new technique that creates the incredible benefits of American Wave. We wish to retain the integrity of the service so American Wave is synonymous with a quantum leap in the quality of salon texture services.
The cost of single-user certification is $350.00. Once certified, you are entitled to purchase American Wave products. We offer a special Intro Kit to newly certified stylists. The intro kit costs $321.95, and includes: 12 American Waves product packages, 9-Soft Tool packs, and 1 American Wave Educational DVD.
