Inspired by New York City street fashion, where rich ethnic diversity drives a plethora of modern, multi-textured styles the new main-stage show stars Nick Arrojo and the ARROJO Artistic Team premiering the new ARROJO American Wave System. A rarefied closeup at the way world-class stylists invent tomorrow's most desirable looks, the show features off-center shapes that create a new wave of modern, multi-textured styles.

The Texture Pavilion is a new addition to the main floor in 2012 and to celebrate the innovation of ARROJO American Wave, Nick Arrojo and the ARROJO Artistic Team will be on the Pavilion to highlight classic and creative techniques that put the personality of textured hair at the center of attention.

Razor Class: In this razor-cutting demonstration, pioneers of the straightedge blade, Nick Arrojo and Gerard Scarpaci, show you how to unlock creative potential with modern, trendsetting, and sophisticated techniques, including signature skills: razor bob, swing bangs, and advanced undercutting. Find new ideas, insights and inspirations as you learn groundbreaking techniques that work for clients on your salon floor.

Texture Hands On: With the new ARROJO American Wave System for modern texture services that tailor wave and curl patterns to the individual, adding volume, shape, shine, movement, texturized hair is back in fashion. Led by ARROJO texture specialist, Abbey Theis, this hands-on texture creation class teaches American Wave hair setting techniques that complement classic or creative styles, including: shaping sexy, beachy looks; creating loose but even textures; putting more definition into wave patterns; and enhancing bangs with texture and movement.

Monday March 5 @ 9am
Color Hands On: Led by ARROJO color master, James Edick, this is a hands-on color class featuring James' progressive ideas for improving the definition of each cut with correct color placement and tone. Looking at innovative and technical foil patterns, color blocking and freestyle hair painting, the central tenants of this class show you how to realize salon-friendly and avant-garde colors through creative awareness and versatility.
