Our first budding superstar stylists have learnt: the structure of the hair, including its types and textures; communication and consultation skills; product knowledge; ARROJO in-house styling techniques and State Board styling techniques; the ARROJO one-length line hair cut and the State Board hair cut; anatomy and physiology; and planned out their own business model for a successful hair salon.
The inspirational teaching includes individual, pair, and team activities, using traditional and non-traditional teaching methods, incorporated into theory, demos, and workshops. Each student went onto the student salon floor, first day, and serviced a client within two weeks.
In addition, students have had a motivational speech from Nick Arrojo and instruction from guest artists from the award-winning ARROJO studio.
