On Thursday, January 22nd 2009, Nick Arrojo will be performing three marvelous makeovers live on The Today Show!

We're looking for women AND men in desperate need of a new hairstyle. Is your hair outdated and dull? Are you ready to chop off your long locks? Are you crying out for a great new style? Have you always dreamed of a cut with Nick? Are you ready for live TV?

Or do you know a friend or family member who is the perfect fit for this bill? If so, please ask them to meet the criteria below, or enter the necessary information on their behalf.
