On Day 1 of Expo there is a series of trailblazing runway shows, from American Wave to Progressive Razor-Cutting to Editorial Styling to Fashion-Forward Color, and much, much more.

On Day 2 there is an individual workshop for each one of these presentations. Ticket-holders can choose which one of these workshops they want to attend and, through hands-on work, learn, practice, and master the skills conveyed in the presentation.

The sporty urban chic of the 1990s brought a minimalist aesthetic to the center of fashion's eye. Compared to the flashy trends of the '70s and '80s it's a cool, dynamic and versatile time. In men's hairstyling it translates to lose, grown out looks that are perfectly matched to the individual -- or it translates to the polar opposite: high and tight flat tops and fades.

craftsmanship and creativity.

Presentation and Workshop techniques include the intricate cutting required to achieve a level plane on the top of the head, advanced scissor and razor-cutting, scissor over comb, and the vanguard of loose, elegant tailoring.

The concept of the workshop is to engender an intuitive understanding of shape and function and form, so one can tailor looks to the individual, and improve all masculine haircutting, from timeless cuts to avant-garde looks.
