Success Symposium: Outline of Events

The symposium is split into four workshops; each features ARROJO experts, guest speakers, and a central theme. There are also two special events included in the ticket price.

Session 1. "Productivity" with Karen Gordon & Nick Arrojo gives you a game plan to empower your staff to be the ones to take your business to the next level.

Session 2. "Making Profit" with Jeff South & Jerry Gordon highlights proven and innovative ways to gain the highest yield from each chair.

Session 3: "Education & Training" with Nick Arrojo & Gerard Scarpaci shows you how to integrate an effective training program into your salon, creating a virtuous cycle of shared knowledge, shared success.

Session 4: "Business Plan 2013" with Nick Arrojo, Karen Gordon, Nuala Guildea, and Veronica Woods presents a tangible 2013 business plan, usable in any salon with five to fifty stylists, that will give you a record-breaking 2013.

Special Events

On the evening of Sunday, January 6th there is a cocktail party and creative presentation at the Goldwell Academy (within walking distance of the hotel).

After the workshops on Monday, January 7th join us at the hotel terrace bar to celebrate Nick Arrojo's Birthday! Expect a big party!
