Cue Open House, a time when any interested party can meet and greet faculty staff, take a tour of the boutique-style campus, and submit a resume and application.
Any educator interested in applying should bring a copy of their resume, a cover letter outlining their passion for education and their desire to work at ARROJO, as well as a brief lesson plan.
The lesson plan should be for classic cut or color, inclusive of theory and demonstration, as well as present ideas for activities that will re-enforce what the students will learn.

To be considered applicants must have:
- Current New York Cosmetology license and preferably a NY Cosmetology Instructor license
- A minimum of 5 years current experience in the hairdressing field with excellent technical knowledge of cutting and coloring hair
- High School Diploma / GED
- Knowledgeable of current industry standards and of the Milady curriculum (advantage)
- A passion for education, especially educating others
- Great presentation and communication skills
Applicants should also be:
- Organized, reliable, committed, confident
- Able to work in a team environment
- Able to work on their own initiative and under direction
- Comfortable with public speaking
- Of a professional appearance
- Able to multi-task
Compensation determined by experience.
